Job Responsibilities

* Manage and grow a designated territory covering the Midlands and Yorkshire, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and exceeding sales targets.
* Support Key Account Teams in managing hospital and large dental group accounts within the territory.
* Deliver clinical product knowledge and consultative selling to dental professionals, ensuring compliance with approved messaging and protocols.
* Regularly visit dental practices, clinical settings, and healthcare facilities, working independently within a structured framework.
* Complete all CRM activities accurately, including logging visits, processing leads, and updating customer information in Salesforce.
* Utilise Power BI and other sales tools to track Point of Sale (POS) data within the territory, analysing trends and opportunities.
* Stay informed about competitor activities and market developments, seeking guidance from Clinical Specialists as needed.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective communication with clients and internal teams.


Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device sales, or relevant transferable commercial sales roles.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with sales acceleration tools.
* Excellent relationship-building and professional communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a challenger mindset, demonstrating resilience, positivity, and tenacity in achieving goals.
* Analytical and data-driven approach to sales and territory management.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently within a structured environment.
* Valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly across the designated territory.
* Right to work in the UK, with no travel restrictions that would impede performance.
* Basic technical skills, including proficiency with standard business tools and applied product knowledge, to support compliant sales activities.
