The Role
In this role, you will be the engine behind our multi-channel campaigns. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, while simultaneously supporting SEO production—from keyword research to technical audits.
Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Analyst (PPC & SEO)
* PPC Management: Build and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Reddit.
* SEO Optimization: Lead on-page optimization (metadata, internal linking) and provide SEO briefs to help our content teams rank higher.
* Performance Tracking: Set up tracking parameters (pixels/tags) and monitor KPIs like CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
* Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
* A/B Testing: Execute rigorous testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements for Digital Marketing Analyst (PPC & SEO)
* Hands-on Experience: 1–4 years managing PPC and SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
* Platform Expertise: Proven success in at least two major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
* SEO Toolkit: Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
* Analytical Mindset: Expert-level Google Sheets/Excel skills and a deep understanding of marketing funnels (Demand Gen vs. Lead Gen).
* Attention to Detail: The ability to manage multiple client accounts and shifting priorities without breaking a sweat.
