<div><h3>Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care - We DO NOT offer sponsorship</h3><p>We’re recruiting a <b>Care Coordinator</b> for our client based in <b>Hoddesdon</b>, supporting the day-to-day coordination of a domiciliary care service.</p><p>This role suits someone who understands care delivery, enjoys organisation, and can stay calm when plans change.</p><h3>The role:</h3><p>You’ll support the smooth running of care packages by:</p><ul><li>Coordinating carers and rotas</li><li>Managing short-notice cover and run-outs when required</li><li>Supporting basic care planning and scheduling</li><li>Acting as a point of contact for carers and service users</li><li>Ensuring continuity of care and service quality</li><li>Stepping in to support operational needs when required</li></ul><p>This is a <b>hands-on coordination role</b>, not purely desk-based.
