We are seeking a reliable and proactive Buildings Maintenance Caretaker to join our team. The role is essential in ensuring that the college campus is well-maintained, safe and clean. The successful candidate will have responsibility for conducting regular checks and inspections, responding to any repairs/emergencies that arise during evening hours.
Ideally you will have:
* Proven experience in general maintenance and groundskeeping
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
