What this role looks like Founding team member with equity (25% sweat, over 3 years)
Full creative control over the baked offering
You start solo you set the standards, scale the team
Weekly check-ins, shared strategy, big-picture alignment
Support with branding, marketing, and business development
A clear, long-term role in a growing food group
