Project Planner - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE), Pharmaceutical, Niche Projects, Car allowance + Full Benefit Package.
A new opportunity for a Project planner to work with a successful global leader in developing innovative business solutions for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. A business that Designs and Constructs (Clean Rooms, Labs and other facilities) designated to the development of manufacturing of medicine and technologies, who offers their services to well-known pharmaceutical companies who you would of Definity heard of before!
The role is based at their modern, well kitted office in Cheshire which is known as a great place to work. They work with some of the best, and well-known pharmaceutical giants in major projects worth millions of pounds.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a detailed construction program schedule using P6 Primavera.
Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required
Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations
Ensure that schedule related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors of actual projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems.
Effectively work with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors and Sub-contractors daily.
This is a site-based Planner role who must have experience with working in site-based engineering and construction teams. You will also be involved in team meetings where you will be asked to present back to team members where they are in comparison to the programme and highlight issues so to keep the project timeline on track.
What we are looking for:
* 5+ years if UK experience
* Experienced working in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, GMP or Data centre industries.
* Project experience within Construction, Clean Rooms, Laboratories, Theatre rooms etc
* Must be competent using p6 Primavera
* Full UK driving license
* Happy to work on-site full-time in Cheshire.
* Does not require Sponsorship
