You will oversee all store operations, including inventory management, IT systems, customer flows, and product training, as well as internal team responsibilities.
Your Mission
* Understand On's values and brand philosophy; stay updated on global activities and projects (e.g., sustainability, athlete stories). Act as a culture role model to promote understanding and implementation of management systems daily.
* Provide excellent customer service, focusing on the customer journey, operational excellence (FoH & BoH), and creating a wow customer experience.
* Drive key KPIs such as in-store traffic, UPT, conversion rate, sales assortment, inventory, and GTM plans by analyzing business and operational results.
* Understand On's recruitment philosophy; lead team planning and recruitment to build a high-performing team, including planning, feedback, standardization, and scheduling.
* Implement ongoing learning and development programs, including on-the-job coaching and training.
* Lead meetings to deepen team understanding and improve performance.
* Focus on self-growth and development, proactively creating a personal development plan with the Store Lead.
Your Profile
* 3-5 years’ experience in a customer-focused role with managerial duties; positive, energetic, and open to exploring new opportunities.
* Proactive in listening, helping, and suggesting; committed to delivering a WOW experience.
* Open to feedback for self-improvement.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with strong organizational skills to anticipate store needs.
* Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Native Chinese speaker fluent in English reading and writing.
* Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
* Passionate about sports and regular exercise; love running is a plus.
* Retail experience in sports or fashion is advantageous.
