Customer Service Manager Required for Car Dealership in Battersea, South London
1. Company: Our client, a reputable Car Dealership in Battersea, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their Aftersales dealership team.
2. Salary: £36,000 Basic + Bonus
3. Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
As the Customer Service Manager for Aftersales, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences within the dealership's service department. You will oversee a team of service advisors and technicians, ensuring that all customer inquiries, appointments, and service requests are handled efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Manager with our client:
4. Lead and motivate the Aftersales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
5. Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and allocation of resources.
6. Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
7. Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality and adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to aftersales service.
9. Implement and oversee training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of service advisors and technicians.
10. Drive sales of aftersales services and accessories through proactive customer engagement and promotion.
11. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership standards at all times.
Requirements To Become A Service Manager:
12. Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, preferably within a dealership environment.
13. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
15. Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
16. Knowledge of automotive aftersales processes and systems.
17. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
18. Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
