Job Description
We are looking for someone who can deliver a proactive, customer-focused approach, aligned with the evolving needs of the business.
As a key support to the site operations team, you will contribute to continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and the effective coordination of Placemakers to create a welcoming and well-managed work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee operational spaces to ensure they remain suitable, sustainable, safe, and secure for all workplace users.
2. Support the delivery of monthly KPI reporting, including building inspections and fire risk assessment actions.
3. Drive continuous improvement and consistently enhance customer and employee experience across the site.
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to support best-practice service delivery.
5. Be visible and accessible on site Monday–Friday, creating curated experiences and supporting engagement activity.
6. Manage Placemaker training matrices, payroll tasks, LMS completions, and support starter/leaver processes.
7. Lead, develop, and review the performance of Placemakers through regular 1:1s and appraisals.
8. Promote a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating health & safety risks for employees and visitors.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Strong knowledge of facilities services across both hard and soft FM delivery.
10. Experience in customer-facing environments with a strong customer and client focus.
11. Ability to drive engagement, promote ownership and anticipate needs through proactive problem-solving.
12. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships quickly.
13. Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service and contributing to overall business success.
14. IOSH qualification or equivalent.
15. Experience managing team resources while ensuring high-quality operational delivery.
