The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in a week
Description
This role includes managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching—specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, has strong communication skills, and can plan and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
The role involves supporting clients across all media globally, requiring high competency in project management and multitasking. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with team members and managers are essential to ensure quality and meet deadlines.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various business areas, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to gauge priorities and contribute to strategy discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Develop a thorough understanding of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping track of job statuses daily.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses.
* Support team motivation during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate, with all necessary assets provided.
* Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raise PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery.
* Secure approval for estimates before work begins.
* Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing.
Skills
Requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in CG and photography is advantageous. The candidate should be eager to learn relevant software to enhance understanding and confidence in timings and processes. Personal qualities include decisiveness, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
