As a Care Team Leader you will: Lead and co-ordinate a team of Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care. Manage rotas, annual leave and absences, update care plans, supervise staff, maintain care records and monitor training and competency levels of staff. Work closely with our Client's family, the Case Manager and multidisciplinary team including therapists. To assist with the organisation of appointments andassist our clients family with any administrative tasks relating to our Client. To ensure our client's equipment is maintained as appropriate. As Support Worker you will: Engage in Daily Activities: Help plan and participate in activities that stimulate and entertain, ensuring every day is filled with moments of joy. Support and Care: Provide essential care, including preparing and giving all food and drinks for our client, personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration, while ensuring his safety and wellbeing. Collaborate with Professionals: Work with therapists and the family to implement physio, speech and language therapist, OT, hydrotherapy and other therapeutic programs, making each session interactive and enjoyable.
