Job Description
Join our Occupier Services team as an Accounts Payable Manager, responsible for overseeing lease administration payments and ensuring data accuracy across financial systems. You’ll play a key role in managing AP processes, liaising with clients and stakeholders, resolving payment queries, and producing financial and variance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage AP and lease payment processes, including monthly rent and outgoings.
* Liaise with finance teams, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain data integrity in the lease administration system.
* Handle budgeting, reconciliations, and critical lease date reporting.
* Investigate discrepancies and manage subtenant invoicing and arrears.
* Support process improvements and quality assurance.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or Lease Administration.
* Tertiary qualifications in a degree related to Finance or Accounting.
* Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively.
