Data Culture Analyst 6-Month Contract | Hybrid (York or London, 2 days/week) £400/day | Outside IR35 We are looking for a proactive Data Culture Analyst to lead a greenfield initiative aimed at improving data literacy and embedding a unified data culture across five distinct business units in a large insurance business. You’ll be the driving force behind shaping learning pathways, defining KPIs, and aligning stakeholders to a central data strategy. This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who combines a working knowledge of data with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Key responsibilities: Deliver a data maturity assessment and define clear KPIs Winning the hearts and minds of business stakeholders to agree and implement one organisational data culture Create and promote data literacy programmes for technical and non-technical teams Coordinate with HR, L&D, and business reps to build tailored learning pathways Translate between technical and business language to drive understanding Track and report on ROI of cultural initiatives You’ll need: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience in data culture, literacy or change initiatives Working knowledge of data tooling, and analytics environments (in an operational capacity) Excellent communication and ability to engage varied audiences Nice to have: Insurance or financial services experience
