About the Client
Our Client is one of the UK’s most respected surfacing and highways contractors, operating across major infrastructure sectors and investing heavily in talent, systems, customer experience, and long-term commercial performance.
Roles/Responsibilities
* Manage, develop, and coach a team of 5+ internal sales professionals
* Drive a high-performance culture through KPIs, coaching frameworks, and clear expectations
* Strengthen outbound engagement and enhance overall customer experience
* Improve CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and forecasting (Pipedrive preferred)
* Implement structured 1:1s, performance plans, and continuous development programs
* Collaborate with regional operations and commercial teams
* Support strategic growth plans across core infrastructure sectors
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years leading internal sales teams in construction or a technical environment
* Strong CRM discipline (Pipedrive experience advantageous)
* Proven ability to coach, motivate, and elevate team performance
* Demonstrated success in improving sales processes and capability
* Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
* Thrives in a structured, high-feedback, high-accountability environment

* 20% annual bonus
