We're partnering with an ambitious and well-established consultancy in Northamptonshire that is continuing to expand its footprint across the residential sector. Due to sustained growth, they are looking to appoint an Associate Director - Project Management to play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes and supporting the development of the team. The Opportunity You'll take the lead on a diverse portfolio of projects across: Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) Later living / retirement schemes Residential developments Projects will range in scale and complexity, giving you the autonomy to lead from feasibility through to completion, while maintaining full control over programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management. This is a genuine leadership opportunity - not just delivery-focused, but also shaping client relationships, mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the business. What They're Looking For Chartered status (MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM or equivalent) Strong track record delivering projects across all RIBA stages (0-7) Consultancy-side experience Proven experience within residential, student accommodation or later living sectors Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills Ability to lead multiple projects and support wider team development Why This Role?
