Base pay range
Support Worker (12 hour waking night shifts)
Fantastic rates of pay! Starting from £13.50 per hour + holiday pay + pension
£250 Welcome Bonus is payable on your successful 3 month probationary review meeting

We are expanding our nurse-led complex care team and looking for Support Workers for daytime and overnight role in Rhyl.
Day Shifts: Included in Domiciliary runs
Night Shifts: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (waking nights).
Key Responsibilities
* Regular checks and night-time assistance.
* Maintaining thorough records and collaborating with the care team.
* Upholding high standards of professionalism, empathy, and dignity in every interaction.
* Communicating effectively with the care team and office.
* Personal care including showering, toileting and changing pads
Requirements
* Flexible availability for shifts.
* Compassionate, resilient, and professional demeanour.
* Driving licence and own vehicle.
* Client care is essential, so reliability is a must. Our clients depend on us, and we need team members who are committed.
