Job Description
Atlas NextWave are looking for a Survival / Marine Instructor based in Clydebank on a full time, permanent basis working 38.25 hours per week. Hours of work will be between 7am - 5pm depending on course times.
Candidates should be:
· Customer focused and have a drive to deliver high quality training
· Has a passion for safety, training, and workforce development
· Able to communicate technical knowledge in a clear, engaging way
· Safety and values driven in every task
· Able to remain calm and show patience and adaptability to their behaviour to suit the needs of delegates
· Able to work as part of a team as well as independently, and work under pressures within the required time frame.
Preferred Requirements:
1. Prior experience in GWO Working at Height and GWO Advanced Rescue is an advantage
2. An Assessor qualification (preferred)
3. A competent swimmer
4. Marine experience is an advantage
5. Instructor certification is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
