Bid Manager / Senior Bid Coordinator (Construction / Civil Engineering) CLIENT An excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Coordinator to join a well-established and growing construction contractor based in Cookstown, delivering projects across Northern Ireland, ROI and the UK. Due to continued growth and expansion, the company is seeking to strengthen its pre-construction team with the appointment of a bid professional who will play a key role in supporting future business success. The Ideal Person An experienced bid professional from a construction, civil engineering or related built-environment background. You will be organised, commercially aware and confident supporting or managing the bid process, with the ambition to develop your career within a progressive contractor environment. Responsibilities As Bid Manager / Senior Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and supporting the bid process from opportunity through to submission, including preparing and coordinating high-quality tenders, PQQs and proposals, working closely with estimating, commercial and project teams, developing and maintaining bid libraries and templates, and supporting wider business development activity.
