Role Summary:
TLDR: a Web3 native growth wizard with a background in casino and/or gaming marketing. Own our marketing engine, working directly with the CEO & founding team on brand, digital marketing and community building, taking the project from our successful testing phases to scale.
We're looking for an experienced Growth Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution. You'll be the strategic brain behind our growth engine, working alongside other team members who will be more focussed on tactical execution. The ideal candidate comes from a casino background, with Web3 gaming or NFT/token project experience also preferred.
Think 360-marketing and growth: ads, performance marketing, influencer and partnership campaigns, referral and retention flywheels, launch campaigns, affiliate programs etc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies - from performance marketing and ad funnels to conversion optimization and launch/GTM campaigns
* Own content strategy and social growth - oversee content creation, SEO and social media strategy
* Build scalable growth systems - create systems for influencer campaigns, referral and affiliate programs, and partnership acquisition
* Manage partnerships and business development initiatives - KOL and CM programs, activations with other communities, collabs and partnerships with Web3 partners
* Drive community growth and activation - manage our ambassador program, run quests and giveaways, coordinate game nights and community campaigns
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years experience in growth marketing
* Experience at (crypto) casinos, and/or Web3 games, NFT projects, token or memecoin projects, or DeFi protocols
* Proven track record building marketing systems that scale consumer platforms
* Expert in performance marketing, ads, and conversion optimization
* Experience with affiliate programs and influencer marketing at scale
* Web3 native: deep understanding of Web3 community building and degen culture
* Entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset, with experience in growth experimentation
* Bonus: experience with launch campaigns, token marketing, or community airdrops
