We’re looking for a talented Resource Advisor who thrives in a people-focused environment and sees challenges as opportunities for growth. At MHA, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals who care about making a difference. * Liaising with Partners, Directors, and Managers to understand their client/project resource requirements.
* Driving utilisation and advising stakeholders on resourcing solutions and best practices.
* Identifying resourcing solutions considering client needs and individual skills.
* Managing conflicting demands on resources to ensure profitable outcomes for the business and clients.
* Maintaining and administering work planners.
* Providing administrative support for all aspects of the resourcing process.
* Ensuring clients are provided with the best teams, combining industry experience with technical knowledge for maximum commercial advantage.
* Strategic talent management, considering staff career development and aligning it with engagement opportunities.
* Liaising, influencing, and building relationships at all levels with multiple stakeholders.
* Negotiating the release of suitable resources to meet team needs when new work is won or project timings change.
* Supporting the International and national secondment programme.
* Analyzing weekly utilisation reports and supporting conversations around benchmarks and non-chargeable hours.
* Reporting and forecasting workforce utilisation and making strategic deployment decisions.
* Supporting onboarding of contingent workers and employee deployment.
* Identifying process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

* Highly confident, skilled verbal and written communicator with great attention to detail.
* Experience in professional services is advantageous.
* Ability to interact effectively with empathy, impact, and discretion, building trusted relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and team members.
* Commercial mindset.
* Strong planning, prioritisation, multitasking, and workload management skills.
* Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisation and administrative skills.
* Proactive attitude towards change and continuous improvement.
* Ability to influence strategic resourcing, training, and recruitment decisions through timely and informative presentations.
