Job Description
3. Accurately process purchase invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Handle supplier queries and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
6. Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
8. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required.
The Successful Applicant
9. Previous experience in a similar role within accounting and finance.
10. Familiarity with purchase ledger processes and financial systems.
11. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
12. Ability to work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment.
