Position Overview
We’re hiring General Operatives & Sprayers at Barnham. Join a well‑established manufacturing client in Barnham that specialises in wood products. The role is a full‑time, ongoing temp to perm opportunity offering stability, training, and room to grow. Shift: Monday to Friday – Day shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Pay rates: General Operatives – £12.60 per hour + holiday accrual; Sprayers – £13.00 per hour + holiday accrual.
Key Responsibilities
* Using hand and power tools to assemble or finish wooden components.
* Spraying and preparing wood surfaces (for sprayer roles).
* Quality checking finished products.
* Keeping the work area tidy and following health and safety standards.
* Supporting team members to meet production targets.
Requirements
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Ability to use basic tools.
* Good attention to detail and reliability.
* No previous experience required – full training provided.
