NHS 111 Clinical Advisor - Oldbury Part Time Late

Role Summary
Support patients over the phone by using the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms, provide reassurance, and guide them to the appropriate care. Acts as first clinical contact, offering evidence‑based advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess patient symptoms using NHS Pathways.
* Provide appropriate advice and next step guidance.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically.
* Maintain accurate records of calls.
* Adhere to safety and quality standards.
Working Patterns & Pay
* Part‑time, site‑based (no remote).
* Training and daytime shifts: £19.63 per hour.
* Evenings and night shifts: £25.51 per hour.
Training & Support
Full training provided for Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist. Requires strong clinical judgement, IT confidence, and clear communication.

Qualifications
* Registered Adult Nurse (NMC), Paramedic (HCPC) or Pharmacist (GPhC).
* Non‑medical Prescriber.
* Evidence of Autonomous Practice Qualification (A33).
* Level 6 or 7 Clinical Examination Module.
* Level 6 or 7 Minor Illness Module.
* Recognised clinical assessment, decision‑making and risk management (BSc (Hons)).
