PERMANENT PARTS COORDINATOR - DONCASTER OFFICE BASED 30K Parts Coordinator – Doncaster Come and join a small, friendly and relaxed team! Are you an organised, proactive individual who prides themselves on delivering a high-quality service, and who is a great rapport builder with customers?We’re looking for a Parts Coordinator to take ownership of the department. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and improve existing processes, support a close-knit workshop team, and play a key role in ensuring our technicians have the parts they need to keep our products in top condition. (This is not working in a car dealership!) What You’ll Be Doing Managing the full parts process from ordering to storage Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for parts and warranty items Maintaining stock levels and organising inventory Preparing customer estimates and coordinating with service staff Handling paperwork and invoices for service and accounts Arranging deliveries and courier services Ensuring parts are stored correctly and efficiently Supporting both internal teams and external customers What We’re Looking For Prior experience in the vehicle parts supply chain would be ideal but not essential. A strong understanding of vehicle schematics and technical components would give you a distinct advantage. Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with inventory management systems (not essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team A full UK driving licence Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm office-based What you'll get in return A friendly, relaxed team. 28 days holidays including stats Christmas shut down.
