What the ideal candidate will bring
* 5+ years of experience in an agency environment
* A proven track record running successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns across a range of sectors
* Experience working with SME clients and owner-managers
* A natural commercial outlook and approach to marketing
* Broad knowledge of the marketing mix — inbound marketing and HubSpot experience is a big plus
* The ability to build and deliver strategies focused on tangible ROI
* Strong presentation and client management skills
Key responsibilities
* Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and playing a key role in shaping strategy
* Leading the implementation of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
* Understanding clients' goals and translating them into effective marketing plans
* Presenting strategies and research to prospects and clients with confidence
* Analysing and optimising campaign performance alongside senior stakeholders
* Mentoring and overseeing Marketing Executives
