As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchens, including Health & Safety and Training & Development. You will prepare all types of food and ensure the accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks related to the provision of services.
What’s involved?
* Previous Chef Manager experience, ideally in a school setting
* Proven track record in a high-volume, quality school catering establishment
* Ensuring full Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
* A positive, outgoing disposition and a 'can-do' attitude
* An enhanced DBS certificate, ideally on the update service
