3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution.
4. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
5. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure products meet company standards.
6. Manage and process customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
7. Contribute to team efforts in achieving customer service targets.
8. Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
9. Continually improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
10. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
