Location: Gloucester
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 basic, £44,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hours: Five day 40 hour working week across Monday to Saturday, (Day off in week for every Saturday)

Workshop Manager Responsibilities
* Lead the workshop by example and manage the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
* Staffing, training, and development
* Allocate jobs to technicians, balance workloads, and meet deadlines
* Manage workshop budget
Workshop Manager Requirements
* Previous experience working in the role is ideal
* At minimum you must have Five years of experience as a Vehicle Technician
* You must have Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance to be considered
* Full UK driving licence
