Operations Coordinator

Red Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Operations Coordinator to join a business supporting customers with complex financial services products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join a specialist insurance business offering a great salary of up to £35,000 per year with a host of benefits.

You must have a valid UK driving licence.

Hours: Shift Pattern -8.30 - 16.30 M- F
Contract Type: Permanent

PerkboxKey Responsibilities of an Operations Coordinator:

Office Management & Front of House

Keep the office environment professional and well-stocked (stationery, kitchen supplies, equipment).

Welcome and host visitors as the first point of contact.

Coordinate with building maintenance, cleaners, and external vendors.

Finance & HR Administration

Help the finance team with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and monthly reports.

Support HR tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, payroll assistance, and ordering learning materials.

Maintain health & safety compliance and keep documentation up to date.

Junior Executive Support

Assist senior management with travel bookings, presentations, and admin tasks.

Gather data and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Events & Culture

Plan and organise internal team events, workshops, and client events.

Suggest ideas to improve office culture and employee engagement.
