Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an ISO Management Systems Co-Ordinator. Whilst the role is advertised as full-time, we are happy to speak to those who would like part-time work. Approx 50% of the role will be home based and the other 50% on client site. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in maintaining their management systems, with a significant focus on conducting internal audits, supporting continual improvement activities and supporting the client during external audits. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks will be critical for success in this position. To be considered for the role, you must be based in Northern Ireland and be comfortable with traveling to client site.
Role Requirements
* Good understanding of ISO management systems, compliance standards, and auditing processes - you should have experience with administrating / managing the ISO compliant management system within your current / most recent organisation.
* Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation
* Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to work with diverse industries and unique challenges.
* Knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
* Knowledge of ISO27001 is highly desirable
* Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid work environments.
