A friendly and welcoming primary school in Wigan is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking to play a key role in supporting learning within a positive and nurturing school environment.
The role:
* Supporting the class teacher throughout the school day.
* Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where needed.
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning for all pupils.
The school is looking for:
* Experience working with children, ideally within a school setting.
* A patient, caring and proactive attitude.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
