What You’ll Be Doing: As an Electrical Shift Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising the electrical infrastructure of a modern pharmaceutical facility. Key Responsibilities: * Planned & Reactive Maintenance – Carry out electrical maintenance across the site to keep equipment running efficiently. * Fault Finding & Repairs – Diagnose and repair electrical faults promptly to minimise downtime. * Compliance & Safety – Ensure all work is completed in line with safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. * Critical Systems Maintenance – Maintain key infrastructure, including power distribution, control panels, lighting, motors, and emergency systems. * Collaboration – Work alongside mechanical engineers and other technical teams to support smooth site operations.
