We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who shares that mindset. Someone who views quality as a team responsibility, not just a testing phase.
🔧 The Role
You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality engineering culture and embedding quality from day one across our retail platforms. You’ll work in a cloud‑native environment, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities :
* Define and deliver test strategies across functional and non‑functional areas.
* Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright.
* Drive performance, load, and scalability testing with tools like k6.
* Embed quality checks into CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
* Use observability tools (logs, metrics, traces) for smarter system feedback.
* Champion BDD and collaborative quality practices across teams.
* Mentor others in modern QE methods and system thinking.
🧠 What You’ll Bring
* Strong skills in Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, with JavaScript / TypeScript experience.
* Hands‑on experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Familiarity with API testing, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
* Experience integrating tests into CI / CD pipelines.
* A passion for continuous improvement and shared team ownership of quality.
