THE ROLE:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Senior Sales Manager will take a strategic lead in driving new business growth, managing tenders and framework agreements, and overseeing key contracts and rental solutions across the organisation's full product portfolio. This includes solutions for pressure ulcer prevention, specialist seating, rental and service provision, safe moving and handling, and bathroom safety.
You'll be responsible for developing high-level relationships and commercial partnerships across the NHS and community sectors. Typical stakeholders will include Tissue Viability Nurses (TVNs), Loan Store Managers, Manual Handling Advisors, Finance Directors, and Procurement teams, as well as senior decision-makers up to c-suite level.
The role requires a proactive, commercially sharp individual who thrives in strategic sales environments, can identify and convert large-scale business opportunities, and ensure successful tender and contract delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of 5 years' experience in NHS-facing commercial roles (essential).
· Proven success managing tenders, contracts, or framework agreements.
· Experience engaging with senior NHS stakeholders, ideally up to C-suite.
· A strategic, "hunter" mentality with a strong understanding of healthcare procurement.
· Background in medical devices, equipment rental, or healthcare solutions preferred.

The Package for Senior Sales Manager:
· Basic: £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
· Bonus: £16k
· Car: Fully Expensed Company Car
