Job Description
Our Rugby site have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team on a full time permanent basis.
Working hours:4 on 4 off, 10am-9pm.
As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for overseeing main customer communications to enhance and improve service levels.
Key Duties of a Customer Service Co-Ordinator:
* Liaise daily with major retailers.
* Compare tracking data with customer platforms and update.
* Raise disparity between Warrens tracking and customer platforms internally and externally.
* Work collaboratively with other departments within the business.
* Communicate using a variety of media with internal and external stakeholders any potential service issues.
* Collate and publish daily KPI reports internally and externally at scheduled times.
* Process information from suppliers.
* Attend internal operational meetings as required.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
* Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
* Excellent organisationalskills with the abilityto demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environment.
* Strong team player as well as able to work on their own initiative.
* Able to work to tight deadlines and manage your own time effectively.
