We are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive the next phase of our growth. The Opportunity This is a genuinely commercial role — not a purely delivery-focused desk. You will have real ownership of a defined market, working directly alongside the Director, with full visibility of the business and where it is going. The split is roughly 60% business development and 40% delivery. You will be expected to win new clients, not just service existing ones. In return, you will have a competitive base, an uncapped commission structure that rewards performance at every level, and a clear BD bonus for every new logo you bring in.
