Teaching Tomorrow is looking for skilled Cover Supervisors with experience working in secondary schools to provide high-quality classroom cover across Northamptonshire .
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a classroom, managing behaviour, and supporting students’ learning across a variety of subjects.
Your Role:
* Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences.
* Ensure students remain engaged and complete assigned work.
* Maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
* Report back to teaching staff on progress and behaviour.
We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a Cover Supervisor or secondary teaching background.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to different learning environments.
* A valid DBS (or willingness to apply).
