It’s exciting and busy times at Churchill Estates Management and we are delighted to be recruiting for a Commercial Executive, based in Ringwood. This new role is an ideal opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team as we build on our commercial success and growth strategy.
About the role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a key supporting role within the Commercial team, providing administrative and coordination assistance to ensure the smooth running of commercial operations across the Estates Management and Careline arms of the business.
This role will involve supporting the Commercial Director and wider team in delivering the commercial strategy through document management, data collation, reporting, coordination of customer onboarding and offboarding, preparation of management agreements, tenders, proposals, and having oversight of promotional materials and business development records.
This role is office based in Ringwood with occasional travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and manage contracts and agreements, including renewals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
2. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions.
3. Support tender submissions, proposals, and pitch materials in collaboration with Marketing and Design teams.
4. Maintain business development records, databases, and reports, ensuring accurate data and timely updates.
5. Assist with data analysis to support commercial reporting and decision-making.
6. Manage commercial documentation, ensuring files are well organised and accessible.
7. Provide administrative support to the Commercial team, including organising meetings, events, and customer visits.
Key Relationships
8. Internal: Marketing, Operations, Property, IT, Finance, Site and Area Managers, and senior stakeholders across the business.
9. External: Industry bodies, property management organisations, customers, contractors, and other commercial partners.

You will be an organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. You will take pride in providing a high standard of administrative and commercial support, contributing to the efficiency and success of the department.

You will enjoy collaborating and communicating with a variety of clients and stakeholders and will be in your element when it comes to presenting our Company, products and services. You will demonstrate an exceptional standard of written and verbal English, with excellent IT skills including MS Office and use of databases.
A full driving licence is required.
