We are seeking a data-driven and creative Marketing Manager to help drive our digital performance, grow our online reach, and scale customer acquisition. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other performance channels. You’ll work closely with the founders and creative team to shape the brand’s online presence, increase ticket sales, and support ongoing growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; generate regular reports with insights and recommendations. Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and CPA goals. Create compelling and targeted ad copy, headlines, and visuals (with design support). Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates. Oversee organic social media content and collaborate on influencer/partnership campaigns. Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activity. Contribute to wider marketing strategies including email, SEO, and CRM retention campaigns. Requirements: Proven experience running paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and funnel optimisation. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager. Creative mindset with ability to brief and work alongside designers on ad creatives. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness. Ideally 2 years experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role. Desirable (but not essential): Experience in competitions, eCommerce, or gaming sectors. Working knowledge of TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or other emerging platforms.
