Salary: £28,000 per annum

The Warehouse Operative Role
Working as part of our manufacturing team, the role is based at our in Grantham site.
This role is integral to the success of our business; with the successful candidate expected to help with general effective running of a busy warehouse. Key responsibilities shall include… Receive, inspect and unload supplier deliveries
Pick, load and dispatch goods
Loading vehicles for dispatch
Driving Forklift Trucks (Forklift & Counterbalance)
Produce pick lists and Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
Receive and process customer/supplier returns
Dealing with direct customers, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.
Ensuring paperwork is processed onto system accurately
What you will bring
Successful candidates will ideally have experience of working within a busy warehouse environment. You must also hold valid Forklift licenses (please note, both Reach & Counterbalance licenses are required). We always seek to employ flexible team players, who are committed, hard-working and reliable. You will also be a result oriented and target driven individual, possessing excellent communication skills and be IT literate.
