Job Purpose:
* Ensure the integrity of SalesForce data by accurate account set up
* Assisting External Account managers in entering opportunity detail into SalesForce
* Data Cleansing and grouping of opportunities in Salesforce
* Develop and update reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
* Collaborate with ASUS HQ steering the development and use of SalesForce
* Develop and manage current low spending accounts
* Take ownership of all the activity and sales within a named account set from top to bottom
Responsibilities
* SalesForce data input and maintenance
* SalesForce development and projects
* Identify and develop business opportunities within a specific account base
* Build relationships and work with the customer to grow and maintain the business
* Build and maintain customer profiles
* Prepare and attend the weekly sales / pipleline meeting
* Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to ensure customer confidence
* Present Roadmaps, product training and sales performance to customers on a regular basis
* Provide customers with a reliable single point of contact for all Asus related queries
