Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (D365 & CCaaS)
Location: Luton, UK (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week onsite)
Day Rate: £425 (Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Start Date: Immediate
Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with vendors to design, manage and engineer the implementation of CCaaS and D365 platforms.
2. Support the mobilisation of the project in collaboration with core teams and third-party suppliers.
3. Define and document business and technical requirements for migration, overseeing integration with CCaaS and D365 components.
4. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, programme leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
5. Design and build required environments within the Azure tenant, aligned with accounts/tenant strategy.
6. Engineer compute and network resources for the platform.
7. Support integration across development, testing and production environments.
8. Set up DevOps pipelines with platform teams, using existing templates and best practices.
9. Assess applications hosted in AWS Cloud to define best practices for integration with Azure CCaaS.
10. Contribute to the design and integration of observability tooling into central dashboards and monitoring systems.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
11. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS solutions.
12. Expertise in CCaaS and MS Dynamics 365.
13. Proven capability in Azure infrastructure engineering, including authentication methods (SAML/OIDC), compute and network design.
14. Experience integrating Azure and AWS tenants.
15. Demonstrated leadership skills on previous engagements.
16. (Desirable) Knowledge of architecture and technologies in the aviation domain.
