An Business Apprentice that is an enthusiastic and committed individual who is also caring and compassionate to join our friendly team. The role of the Business Administration Apprentice is to provide business support to Managers, Social Workers and Social Care Support Officers within the Adult Social Care Team whilst gaining a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
Duties include:
1. Maintain timely, accurate and up to date records and information for management and other professionals showing commitment for the role.
2. Communicate withs with internal and external customers and colleagues.
3. Follow processes and procedures adhering to strict timescales, escalating tasks where necessary.
4. Work closely with colleagues, managers and other professionals to deliver an effective and high-quality service ensuring targets are met
You will receive:
5. Dedicated Mentor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship
6. Access to corporate online and face to face training courses
7. Support from the wider Support Services Team
As part of this apprenticeship, the post holder will be required to spend 20% of their working week completing off the job training.
