* Content Architecture: Develop the content framework, distilling complex business challenges into clear, actionable narratives that drive employee engagement, recruitment, or internal comms strategy.
* Client Partnership: Act as a trusted strategic partner, deeply researching client business challenges to ensure every program delivers measurable relevance and effectiveness.
* Team Coordination: Skilfully motivate and coordinate extended multi-disciplinary teams (full-time staff and freelancers) to maintain momentum, quality, and strict adherence to time/cost/quality metrics.
Your Profile: The Strategic Agency Producer
We are targeting creative, hands-on leaders from Events, Marketing, or Communications Agencies with proven success in $\text{B2E}$ or corporate events.
* Agency Experience: Proven track record as a Producer, balancing time, cost, and quality across complex projects with evolving requirements.
* Specialist Expertise: Deep practical experience in one or more core areas: Live Events/Conferences, Exhibition Design/Multimedia, or Large-Scale Digital Content Campaigns.
* People Skills: Natural enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to command and motivate teams while managing complex senior client relationships.
