What will the role of Senior Sous Chef involve?
* Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specifications
* Managing orders, stock, invoices, and food profit in line with sales
* Developing your team alongside the Head Chef
* Overseeing daily kitchen operations
* Working closely with the General Manager to meet business needs
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will need to have:
* A minimum of one year experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
* The ability to read, interpret, demonstrate, and execute all basic meat, fish, sauce, and side dishes as provided by the supervisor
