* Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning programmes and interventions.
* Help pupils build confidence, independence, and resilience, while encouraging positive social interactions.
* Create and maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
* Support with personal care when required, always maintaining dignity and safeguarding standards.
What We're Looking For
