Assembly operative

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Assembly Operative to work in their leading facility in Telford.

Whilst on your probation period the successful Assembly Operative are offered;

* Starting rate of £12.21- £13.00 per hour - Depending on experience
* Overtime is paid at time and a third
* 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday
* Temp-perm
* Free parking

Once you are full time with the company the Assembly Operative would receive;

* Overtime available at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday and double time Sunday
* 28 days holiday
* Annual Christmas shutdown paid in full
* Company uniform

The role – Assembly Operative;

* Manufacturing windows and doors
* Wiring up electrical components
* Daily use of hand and power tools
* Working to specifications
* Checking the quality of the product before Assembly
* Completing paperwork
* Working in a small team environment
* Manual handling

What our client is looking for in an Assembly Operative;

1. At least two years of electrical assembly experience within a manufacturing environment -
