You’ll be working for an insurance firm… “yawn,” right? 😴

You’d be joining a tech team of ~30 devs, all based in the North West


✅ Working with modern tech — .NET 8, Next.js, microservices, event-driven architecture


🚀 They deploy often with idea to learn fast, mistakes become lessons very quick.


☁️They are big on using Azure so Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Logic Apps but if you have any cloud experience that is great

You’ll be joining a company that’s won multiple awards for being an amazing place to work


In your day to day you will lead a team of 5 engineers, whilst still being hands on Developing new and enhancing existing user-facing solutions


You will help your team work cross-functionally, working against realistic outcomes, not doing boring dev work and just doing tickets.
