We are seeking a Customer Service Accounts Advisor to be part of our frontline team, which is the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice, service, and tailored solutions.
Pay, benefits, and more:

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Work closely with the operations team to meet customer commitments and expectations
* Prioritize tasks, manage queries, chase deliveries, and resolve issues
* Keep customers updated on all aspects of the business
* Build and maintain relationships within the business and with customers
