This role is designed for recruiters who have already operated at a high level and are looking for more — more ownership, more access to international markets (particularly the US), and more influence over both client partnerships and delivery.

The Role
This is a senior, full-lifecycle position combining business development, client partnership, and delivery. You’ll lead executive search and permanent recruitment mandates across international markets, with a strong focus on Pharma & Biotech.
You’ll be trusted to operate with autonomy — building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering high-quality outcomes — while contributing to the broader direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver retained and contingent search assignments within Pharma & Biotech
* Build and develop client relationships, particularly across the US and international markets
* Drive business development activity and grow strategic accounts
* Partner closely with clients, offering insight-led, consultative support
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes at a senior level
* Contribute to team development and overall business growth
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience operating at a senior level within recruitment (executive search or permanent)
* Exposure to the US market, with experience across both BD and delivery
* Strong track record in building client partnerships and generating revenue
* Experience working with international clients and candidates
* A consultative, commercially minded approach

Location & Flexibility
We’re based in Leeds (UK), but we understand that the right people are not always in one place. We can consider a flexible working model, with the expectation that you can travel to Leeds (UK) for key meetings and team collaboration when required.
